With a family of seven, space is at a premium, especially when your children range in age from toddlers to teenagers. Understandably, the Dickersons were looking to buy a place that they could call their own.
They started their home-buying process last year. Their priority was a large home that could accommodate their maturing family that was located in a community where they would feel safe and grounded. They quickly ruled out the suburbs as an option due to the HOA fees and the Community Development District (CDD) fees.
Then they saw an advertisement for Urban 360º. As part of an established in-town neighborhood, Urban 360º homes had no HOA or CDD fees to pay. After talking to Juan and Belix at the Urban 360º Dream Center, they decided to check out the list of available lots. Their patience paid off when they saw the last lot on the list and knew it was the right one.
The Dickersons paid their reservation fee and are finishing up the paperwork. They expect to take ownership of their new home just in time to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
